Try and remember that you may not be able to get an exact match but the closest shade can still give a very natural result and blend in nicely.

Our standard shipping method in UK is by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and is chargeable at the rate stated at the Cart / Checkout stage.  Royal Mail do not offer guaranteed delivery date or time with this service but state that it is usually delivered in 1 to 3 working days.  Someone must be available to sign for the delivery.

For UK customers -

If your order is less then £100, the normal charge for standard delivery is applicable at the current rate shown at the Cart / Checkout stage.
We offer incentives on orders over £100 such as free delivery, shipping uplift to Next Day Delivery for the price of Standard Delivery or others.  These can change from time to time so please check what is on offer at the time you place your order.  It will be stated at the top right of the Home Page and also in the delivery drop-down

We also can at most times offer Premium Services such as Next Day delivery including Saturday delivery.  These are at an additional cost and current prices can be seen at the Cart / Checkout Stage where you select your Delivery option. Royal Mail provide these via their Special Delivery Service and guarantee delivery before 1:00pm or 9:00am with appropriate pricing which regrettably we have to pass on.  Please check their terms and conditions as remote addresses and those not on mainland GB may not be included.

Please confirm at the Cart / Checkout stage if the next day delivery service is available at that time as sometimes for technical reasons we may not be able to offer some or all Premium Services in which case the option will not be viewable.

Please note:  Premium Service charges are non-refundable in the event of returning your order.

Shipping charges will vary depending on country and will be shown when you enter your Delivery Country.  If your country is not shown in the list, please send an email to enquiries@hairrehablondon.com and we will check shipping prices and add your country to the dropdown list as quickly as we can.

We can provide all tracking information on request once your item is posted.  Please state and pay for your desired service at the checkout.

We accept returns and exchanges on any items that are returned in 'as new' condition, with Clip-in Extensions still attached to the backing card and have the inside seals holding the extensions together still intact and in place.  The same will apply to other products which have similar backing / seal pack.  Once these are tampered with or removed your item is no longer eligible.

Products in sealed see-through pack must be returned with the pack unopened.  We apply these restrictions for hygiene reasons and cannot accept a returned product which may have been worn.

Our product is supplied in see-through packs making it easy to see if the colour is suitable but in addition, our Clip-in Extentions packs have press-poppers at both ends which allow customers, if necessary, to carefully remove the extensions still attached to the backing card and the seals intact from the pack and carefully re-insert from the other end of the pack still keeping the seals intact and the extensions attached to the backing card.

Other products in openable packs or boxes may also be examined this way providing the product is returned to the pack or box in the same way it was supplied.

We will provide refund or exchange on any faulty goods once checked.

Make sure you are sending a jpeg image and also the size of the image isn't too large. If this still does not work then please use the contact form and we will email you back with a suitable email address to send the image to.

Clip-In Extensions

Our Clip-in Extension are made from 100% Human Remy hair.  We use a multi layering system of 3 wefts per row of our clip in extensions to provide a flat and comfortable fit on the head whilst still keeping the look full and thick. One pack is enough for a full head unless you have very thick hair and then you may find 1-2 packs will help your hair look more natural and blend a lot better.

Each pack contains a full head of clip ins, including:
1x large piece 225mm
1x medium piece 180mm
1x small piece 107mm
4x mini piece 40mm

Total weight of all pieces including clips is 130-140gms

Ponytail, Plait, Bun, etc.

These products come as a single piece with varying weights and sizes.  They are not 100% Human Hair, material may vary depending on product.

You can colour your Clip-in Extensions but not any other products such as Ponytails, Plaits, Buns, etc.

We always advise caution and to use a professional to do this. We also recommend to only change the colour by a few shades and to avoid any bleaching agents.  We suggest testing a small area first.

Yes you can wash your extensions using regular shampoo and we advise using a deep or leave in conditioner. Try and be as gentle as possible when washing and do not rub the extensions at any time. Once dry you can style as you wish.

Yes you can use heat on your Clip-in Extensions and style as if your own, you may find the Clip-in Extensions last longer is you use a heat protection spray when styling.

Do not use heat on any other product such as Ponytail, Bun, Clip-in Plait, etc.  If you are unsure, please ask us via enquiries@hairrehablondon.com

You can but we advise you plait the Clip-in Extensions when sleeping to save them from getting tangled in your sleep and helping them to last as long as possible. By taking the Clip-in Extensions out at night you will, however, prolong their life.

This is all down to personal preference, most people tend to go for the 20 inches to allow for the long length when wearing them wavy or curly.

Ideally your hair should be around shoulder length or longer but with clever styling techniques you can wear them if you hair is shorter.

Yes we only use human remy hair in our Clip-in Extensions and so they can be treated like human hair with just a little added care than usual.

Other products may not be 100% Human hair, please enquire about the specific product. 

Remy simply is a term used for hair that is 'Cuticle Correct' this is a must for extensions and means that when prepared all the hair strands are placed in the same downward direction making the extensions far less likely to matt or tangle.

Yes, all of the hair we use is sourced fairly and ethically.

Your Clip-in extensions can last anything from a few months up to a year or possibly longer depending on how often you wear them and how you care for them when in and out of your hair.

As long as you apply and remove them with care they should not cause any damage to your own hair.
